We kindly ask all clients to respect our time as we reserve appointments especially for you 🤍
Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
Missed Appointments (No-Shows) Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Booking Fees A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure future appointments. This will be deducted from your final bill.
Reminders All appointments receive an automatic reminder via email/text. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
